POST-GRADUATION WORK PERMIT APPLICATION

PROFESSIONAL FEES

  • The fees on this page are for applicants with no previous refusals. If you have a previous PGWP refusal, please contact us for service fees.

  • Professional fees are solely for the services performed by the RCIC and do not include government processing fees or any other fees such as translations. Click here to see the applicable IRCC fees for your application.

  • Note that in complex cases, regular fees might not apply.

  • If you reside in Canada, applicable taxes will be added to the professional fees.

HOW CAN WE HELP?

  • If you received your final transcript and completion letter from your DLI, you can contact us for your PGWP application.

  • You have up to 180 days to apply for a PGWP after you get your degreediplomatranscript, or official letter from your DLI.

  • You can work full-time while waiting for a decision on your post-graduation work permit application if, at the time you submitted your application, you had a valid study permit, had completed your program of study, were eligible to work off-campus without a permit, and did not work off-campus more than 20 hours a week during academic sessions.

  • If you have questions regarding the eligibility criteria of PGWP applications or the application process, you can book a 15-minute or 30-minute consultation with us.

  • Please note that the 15-minute or 30-minute initial consultation fee is fully credited towards the PGWP application retainer fee within the 90 days after the consultation. In other words, if you decide to hire us as your representative to submit your application on your behalf, the initial consultation is free.
